Planes are full again and prices have gone up. This year besides the usual "hot places" for the single male we've introduced a new real estate section for us older guys looking for a good place to retire at reasonable prices yet lots of fun (if you know what I mean). Some of our favorite places might surprise you, ( like a secret spot 1/10 the cost for an ocean front home here in the U.S. but with all the amenities and more beautiful girls than you'd know what to do with -- really, I bought three homes here and already has doubled). If your planning to retire and bored with your surrounding, make sure to check it out.
