All of the following terms and conditions must be adhered to and are legally binding
immediately upon agreement with Tsm Publishing (owners of Tsm Travel) and Safshop
our E-commerce provider and secure manager of your account.
Tsm Publishing reserves the right to terminate any agreement upon their discretion.
Failure to comply with any of the terms below in Tsm Publishing`s opinion, could
result in the termination of your account, forfeiture of all accrued funds and a
ban from our program with no warning or recourse.
1. Tsm Publishing commissions to affiliates are as stated.
2. Tsm Publishing do not accept sites that endorse: child pornography, bestiality, warez, mp3 and password selling or trading. Any site that offers activity that is construed illegal in the United States will be terminated immediately and any hits and/or sales sent from sites like these will not be paid for.
3. Our site MAY NOT be opened or loaded in a FRAME.
4. This program is for legitimate webmasters only. Tsm Publishing do not pay on hits from spamming or listing on newsgroups, bulk E-mailing or any other fraudulent method. In the event any of the above conditions exist, we will invalidate all current sales and terminate your account without notice
5. You may post as many Tsm Travel banners on your site as you wish. You may create
your own promotional pages linking to Tsm Travel.
6. Broken banner images, falsification, bandwidth theft, any attempt at misleading
advertising, as well as using other sponsorship program's banners for linking to
Tsm Travel websites are all a violation of this agreement. All banners must be placed
on your web server -- there is no hot linkng to banners from TsmTravel
7. The action of sending any clicks from any URLs which contain and/or promote the
following content, programs or linking practices is a violation of this agreement:
prostitution, child pornography, beastiality, warez, password selling or trading,
hacking, cracking, spam e-mails and newsgroup postings.
8. Due to a dramatic increase in the number of complaints concerning the use of Internet
spam we are enforcing our NO SPAM policy very strictly. If Tsm Travel has reasonable
suspicion that you are guilty of spamming internet outlets such as e-mail, news groups,
IRC, etc. you are in violation of this agreement.
9. If a sponsorship account is created with false/misleading information, the account
will be terminated and ALL accrued funds will be WITHHELD.
10. Tsm Travel will not be held responsible for loss due to downtimes resulting from
complications with equipment, networks, or technical errors.
11. Tsm Travel reserves the right to cancel this program at any time, without prior
notification. In such cases you will be notified immediately and paid for ALL commissions
due, except in cases where it is determined that you have violated this agreement
in anyway.
12. Tsm Travel reserves the right to terminate your account if it is idle for more
than a month. In such cases you will be notified in advance.
13. Tsm Travel reserves the right to deny any prospective sponsor admittance into
our program based on the content of their website or for any other reason.
14. Tsm Travel reserves the right to change the commission rate with a 7 day email
notice to the current email address on file.
15. You must notify us before or upon termination of this agreement of any changes
to your account's payment information.
