- Philippines -- I just returned from a two month run in Manila and it was a legendary
one at that. I may post a detailed report later but for now want to alert all concerned
regarding a new venue in Makati.
- Philippines -- I am into my 3rd week in AC now. Not a lot of changes in this
town as usual. Most significant news: Pickup Disco: A new disco opened on Real street
right next to Tom Cat Bar. 3 nicely decorated floors with daily shows from evening
to 5 pm.
- Philippines -- I'm just back from a week in Cebu. The trip started out as all
my TSM trips do, but with one exception: I had exchanged emails with six "good
girls" from Cebu at match.com and was going to meet them. I never made it past
the second girl! TRANSPORT:
- Philippines -- This is my second longer trip (for me) to the LOS, 11 nights in
total. My last trip was in May and some of you may have read my report on that trip.
Prior to this I had been a few times, but only for the odd day stop over or visiting
with a girlfriend.
- Philippines -- Manilia, Even though I hadnt slept in 24 I felt very alive as
we drove through Manila which was eerily quiet. The partiers had gotten off the streets
and the daytime crowd of taxis/jeepneys had yet to hit the roads. I had butterflies
- Philippines -- Manilia, upon arrival at the City Garden I am greeted as a returning
movie star by the door-man and desk clerks, I was just here 3 months ago. I get situated
in my room which is quite nice for P2000. This Hotel is very new and has a nice pool
on the roof deck, I give it 4 stars for TSM criteria.
- Philippines -- Angels, La Union, Subic, March 22 2002. The start of another adventure
to the Philippines. Nothing unusal except when I come to load the car the rear O/S
tyre is flat as a fart with a nail glinting in the dawn light. Is this an omen?
- Philippines -- The purpose of this report is not to tell you in detail about
my last stay in AC (I think it makes no sense to add the 500th report about AC to
the archive!), it shall give you some hints about easy travel destinations on Luzon,
where there is no need to use the airplane.
- Philippines -- Cebu, background This is my first trip to Asia. Iíve been
to Latin America a few times. Iím close to 30 and slim. Iím not too
attracted to Asian women in general, but I like them if they have some western facial
features which there is a lot of in the PI. The City
- Philippines -- Cebu, I think I can consider myself an expert on Cebu, having
spent about 15 months over the last 4 years in Cebu. Most of your observations were
very good. Cebu girl prices are a morass of comissions to touts. If you have to pay
high commissions anyway, you might as well get GOOD guides. So I warmly recommend
you Waggie, my good friend over many years. Jhun has helped me for about a year,
and is very useful too. Details below.
- Saqada (Philippines) -- In April (which one THINKS of as
still dry season in the PI but in the Cordillera Central NOT necesarily so), I did
indeed drive the entire loop from Manila, to AC, to Baguio, to Sagada, through Bontoc
& on to Banaue, then back down the "easy" way through Cabanatuan City.
- Bacalod (Philippines)-- Going from Bacolod to Boracay was
quite an adventure. The main problem was that I couldnít find an ATM that
would work with my card. Even the Equitable Bank machine that worked in Dumaguete
wouldnít work for me. Another problem was that there was a festival and parade
going on in Iloilo that day.
- Angeles -- ot in last night from my 1st AC suare. My 1st
impression are that a repeat visit is due soon!!!Maybe in June! The bar scene flowed
like this, the heavy hitters like Blue Nile and Neros, Brown SUgar, all had 100's
of girls, if you like Vegas shows, these are your places. I found places like Welcome
Inn, Byrd Cage, Thi-Hi, Splash Superstar, all more to the liking. Few customers in
some of these places.
- Dumaguete (Philippines) -- Negros Island “ Dumaguete/Bacolod
“ January 2002 Dumaquete is a small and dusty city. The pollution is just as bad
as in Cebu. Thereís actually quite a lot of foreigners here. There is no beach
in the city but there are some nice beach resorts outside of town. Getting there
from Cebu: Supercat ferry 500p
- Angeles -- I was in
the Phil in Nov 01. I went to PG, Cebu, Manila, and Angeles. I will report only the
changes. PG is suffering a problem now with the performance of the star talent.
- Subic Bay, Philippines -- I did also get up to Barrio B and Subic City for two
nights. I stayed at By the Sea in BB, nice loaction right on the water. Did a friday
night barhop with some mates from Manila and it got ugly.
- Sabang/Purto Gallera, Philippines -- Introduction: I have been a member of TSM
for the last 2 years. I have recieved great information on destinations all round
the world. Thank you all for your valued opinions. Description: I am 28 years old
and from Ireland,
- Angeles/Manila -- After a week of fun and games in Manila it was time to head
up to Angeles. I took fly the bus and endured a three hour hell on earth like ride
in heavy traffic; and the fucking VCR was broke. On arrival in AC I grab a standard
deluxe
- Cebu, Philippines -- Cebu has 3 kinds of action. Downtown cheap but nice short
time girls. My preference. If you want variation, several girls per night, etc you
are better off there. Far far from Shangri La. Some tame strip bars. Many of them
on Mactan Island, 15 minute drive from Shangri La. Main TSM activity for Shangri
La visitors
- Davao/Makati, Philippines -- Had a brief 5 days in the Philippines. Has been
awhile since Iíve been there and I wanted to try something new, this time
the city of Davao. With the PI peso at 47 to the $1 and some frequent flyer miles
to burn, I couldnít resist.
- Angeles, Philippines -- 17 hours in Angeles-I couldn't make this shit up if I
tried!
- Baclod (Philippines) -- I was in Bacolod . There is some action to be found around
the Goldenfield Commercial Complex, which Lonely Planet lists as the centre of nightlife
in Bacolod. Goldenfield Commercial Complex is not one building, but a small block
with numerous buildings, etc, in it. Here you will find some excellent restaurants,
a Casino, a large bowling alley, a couple of hotels, and some bars. The place is
fill of Bacolod's youth, out for a good time, as well as a lot of "available"
girls.
- Cagayan de Oro (Philippines) -- A small city, a bit hard to reach from Cebu.
Only the big ferries go there, Cebu ferries, superferry, Trans Asia. Supercat and
Cebu Pacific don't go there any more, at least not from Cebu. There is some dubious
airline asianspirot.com that flies Cebu Cagayan. Even their website does not work.
- Cebu (Philippines) -- I did a mini report on Cebu City in January 2000 for TSM.
I have done earlier postings prior to this but only concentrated on the bar scene
and visiting Finland Health Center. My January mini report concentrated on a revision
of the bar scene and the exciting shorttime action around Pelaez and Sanciangko Streets.
- Cebu -- I've read on Tsm that there are two kinds of people: those who love the
Philippines and those who hate it. If this is in fact true, then the PI must be an
acquired taste. I say this because after having undertaken my maiden voyage to the
Philippines, I fall squarely in the anti-PI camp. Up until Cebu ...
- Cebu -- Haven't been much of a contributor and this board has contributed mucho
so here's a few bits from a place that hasn't gotten good press on the board lately
(and mucho wrongfully i have found out). been here ten days and leave tomorrow a.m.
for bkk. Cebu was like going to heaven after five days in japan.
- Manila-Angeles-Bangkok -- Recently took a nice 3-week trip to paradise in early
Sept 00 and had a fuckin awsome time as usual. This post contains new info on Manila.
About me: 34 y/o average white boy 6'1 260 which means I am way bigger than most
of the indigenous populace in PI. I flew PAL
- Manilia/Angeles -- Just back from manila and Angeles and thought i'd update on
prices etc. This was a quick 4 day trip from Australia with nothing but TSMing planned!
Since it cost me A$1200 (US$650) for air tickets and first two nights accomodation
I was effectively up for A$300(US$160)/night before I even started so I wasn't going
to be too worried about the price of the barfines. However I was with a friend who
was traveling on a budget and staying for two weeks so we tended to avoid the top
price places afterall.
- Philippines -- Arrive in Manila on time out of the airport in 30 minutes and
jump into the taxi laid on by the Bee and off to Angeles. Traffic chaos as usual
til we get to the highway. On the way speak to the Bee and advise him of the food
contents can hear him sharpening his knife and slavering down the phone. Hit the
Europhil in good time for the three S's and a 10 o'clock meet with my brother. He's
on antibiotics and has luckily found a Doctor who said he could have a couple of
beers when taking the tablets. Off to my favourite bar ThiHi then on to Honey Ko's.
Down to Fields to Roadhouse and Papillon.
- Angeles (Philippines) -- HE THREE MUSKETEERS INVADE ANGELES. Actually, the title
should read “Four Musketeers“ as the legendary "Clovis" was tagging along
but that is a tale best told by the master wordsmith himself! My journey started
with a long flight out to Kuwait where I had a 3 hour wait for a connecting flight
on to Manila.
- Angeles (Philippines) -- One night, 5 girls, who said this place is no fun? I
was in Angeles for 4 days in February, my 4th trip in the past 12 months, and I think
about my 7th or 8th visit since I re-started my "TSM" travels following
my divorce in 1997. Feb trip was just so so. Much of the same. I was returning to
the Philippines in March, to visit my penpal (again). Because I simply did not have
many available days, I had decided to give Angeles a ...
- Philippines -- How to seduce one. Seducing a Filippina is much the same as any
girl.1) First if you pick out a committed virgin you are probably wasting your time.
But I have met many girls who may have had only one boyfriend with limited experience
going all the way
- Angeles & La Union (Philippines) -- As a frequent vistor to the Philippines
and an avid reader of reports it's about time I made a contribution. Having booked
a flight with Malaysian from Manchester I contacted the ever reliable Bee for the
airport pick up and hotel booking.
- Angeles City, Philippines -- Ackbar takes Clovis to Angeles, decided to head
in and see if any new art museums had been erected on Fields since my last visit.
After a fruitless search, we were again in need of food and drink. People don't realize
just how much work goes into keeping this much weight on a body. It takes years of
careful snacking, drinking and inactivity.
- Davao, Philippines -- After 20+ visits to the PI, I finally made my way to Davao
City in Southern Mindanao to check out rumors about the TSM action there. Thanks
to dog69 for his preliminary scouting report of the area. I had previously checked
out Surigao and Butuan City and neither was good.
- Davao, Philippines -- In the first days of August I and another TSM friend embarked
from Cebu on a 3 day tsm exploratory mission to Davao. I was very sad I only had
3 days, I had to go home. I wish I had gone there earlier.
- Angeles City -- (long) Just returned from my first trip to the PI and wanted
to thank the guys on this board for the previous information that made it a success.
This report will not contain any information that is new, but might be of interest
to those thinking of going.
- Thailand vs Philippines -- Thailand vs. the Philippines The Pros and Cons for
Dave in Phoenix. Obviously I very much enjoyed Thailand and there are pros and cons
of each. But overall there really is no comparison - Thailand for me wins hand down
over the Philippines (PI). Since my PI reports on sexwork
- Angeles City &Boracay, Philippines -- Over the last couple of years, I've
shied away from Asia, primarily because of the time, effort, and jet lag involved
in getting there. However, with the demise of Cuba as a world-class TSM location,
it was time for me to head back to the Far East. I had been over there briefly on
business in December, and had hit both the Philippines and Thailand. As always I
enjoyed both locations
- Philippine report -- Why Karma is so important! One of Coventrybee's men is waiting
with a sign and soon I'm checked into the Copacabana and shortly thereafter I'm in
the EDSA International Food Complex but not before passing the gauntlet of scum,
riffraf, pimps, trash and begger boys/pickpockets, pretty soon I'm trading sex jokes
with the mamasan in Casino Clu.
- Angeles City, Philippines -- This report will not deal with a summary of activities,
as so many TSMers have done in the past, so much as it will offer only a perspective
and overview of Angeles City. After my fourth trip to Angeles, I came away with the
feeling that things were beginning to change, albeit slowly.
- Cebu, Philippines -- I created a new thread on Cebu since it turned out that
I had a lot more to add and didnt want this post to get lost in the responses. Yes,
I would have to say I had a great time in Cebu. Out of the 6 I had there, only one
was disappointing in attitude (but still a looker with a great body), and one a bit
disappointing in looks once I had her home
- Cebu, Philippines -- Cebu is a great place compared to Manila and very different
compared to Angeles. I had 3 great days there and recommend everyone who want to
see something more than the bars along fields ave to fly down there!
- Dumaguete, Philippines -- It can be reached from Cebu with a 2 1/2 hour Catamaran
ride. To see the beauty of the ride, make sure you sit on the shore side (right),
I recommend to get a company that has an open deck, the tinted glass spoils the colors
of your view. Now, let me tell you about the action :-)
- Bacolod, Philippines -- I was in there for three days in Nov 1998. I have a penpal
here 19, 5'3", 90lbs. with a charming demeaner. Her voice is sweet and soothing
to the ears. For me the voice tone is important. Cebuano speaking girls sound the
nicest.
- Manila -- For starters, I like Manila but I don't know why. Its a dirty, crowded,
dangerous town with traffic jams reminiscent of Bangkok. Maybe its the great looking,
available women. Only spent a few nites there but here are some thoughts
