PASSWORD & LOG-IN PROBLEMS FAQ

(secure problem form here, but please read this page first to look for answers. If you subscribed for Tsm/Wsa then go here for answers or fill out the problem form if you can’t resolve your question)


Lost or forgotten passwords:

1. Have your Tsm passwords e-mailed to you if you've forgotten them
(note, only if “you“ created them, Tsm sent passwords must be verified manually by the below form)
2. Check how many
days left on your subscription (if you created your own id/password)
3.
Renew if desired with your old or expired passwords
4.) Automated phone support for members who created their own id/password (lost id/passwords, cancel, or billing questions) -- 1-866-609-5671


If your passwords and id do not show in the databse of " how many days left," then they have already expired and you need to renew. If Tsm created your passwords and sent them to you, then you can ask them to manually look them up in their database -- this can take up 48 hours before you get a response.

You must include:

A. Your full name and address
B. What kind of subscription (cost) did you purchase and when
C. What were your passwords (or think they were) and id

New members only ....
If you have just joined it takes a few hours (up to four) before member created passwords will work (as in a one month, 12 month or renewal subscription). If they don't work within a few hours contact helpt@safshop.net and include the automated e-mail that contains your passwords and id with the safshop confirmation authorization that was e-mailed to you or call 1-866-609-5671 for your account information (you’ll need your billing credit card for authorization to your account).

If you purchased a product (Tsm travel book, Hot Spanish or International book etc) if can take up to 48 hours before (we try to do it in 24 hrs) you receive your passwords and user id. If you don't get them in 2 days contact Tsm Travel.

Question: I just renewed, but I get no place to type in my new password and id -- I just get a screen that says “ I can‘t have access because I have the wrong passwords.“What‘s going on ??

You must be using Internet Explorer 5 or later. You had the automatic remember passwords checkbox checked so the browser remembered you passwords and id. Now, that those id and passwords are invalid -- you get that screen. You must go to Internet Explorer preferences (under the edit menu) then:

1. Click on Network. Then click on site passwords
2. Find the Tsm site and hi-lite it.
3. Click the change button, and enter your new id and passwords.

Question: I tried to renew (or order) but when I get to the final box, there is no information there, including the price -- what is going on??

You have your cookies turn off (those are the guys that remember things). You must go to Internet Explorer preferences (under the edit menu) then:

1. Click on Receiving files tab. Then click on cookies
2. Find the tab that says “when receiving cookies“
3. Change it to accept all (or ask) -- I set it to “never ask“
4. Close your browser, restart your computer and all should work.

Question: I’m having problems entertering the new web site and accessing the message board with my handle/password?


If you “can’t“ enter the new site at:

http://members.tsmtravel.com

(you’ll get the message -- Authentication required!)

EITHER your account is non-current or you don’t know your Tsm id/password. We have changed nothing.

First try the email look-up for lost id/passwords (they will be mailed back to the registered email you signed up with),ONLY IF YOU CREATED YOUR OWN ID/PASSWORD.

Where you log in with the credit card you signed up with.

IF WE sent you your id/password please email us here with your full name, when you signed up, what kind of subscription and what you "think" your id/password was.

Now if you can see the site but get a message saying “we can’t find your id” when you try to log in, that means you have not registered for the new board. YOU DON’T HAVE TO DO THIS, but to participate (ask questions, file reports, upload photos etc.) you must have a handle anda id. It just takes a second to register and become a full member. This is NOT your old messageboard handle/password, that one is gone. Yes, you can view and see all as a guest. It is your choice. An example is my registered handle is “Tsm” and you’ll see many reports by me.

Remember id and passwords are case sensitive:


Also, the major cause of non-working passwords is (especially on the message board) your "NOT" typing them in as you created them -- they are case sensitive!

Example: If you were given or you created --

User Name:pink
Password: hen

Then if you type to enter Tsm or the message board --

User Name:Pink
Password:Hen

They might not work!


Please try this solution first, if it doesn't help then answer the above questions and will investigate the problem!

P.S If you are asking for free passwords (your photos got three red stars or your report made it to the "report of ditinction area") it is not automatic -- you must ask
Tsmtravel@aol.com and tell them which photos or articles are yours. Once confirmed, you will be sent new passwords and id.
