Ship on a rhythm people can plan around. Requirement breakdown, weekly iteration, continuous integration — every release predictable, every change traceable.
tsmtravel.com — online since 1995
We build custom software, do applied AI research, and ship enterprise websites that stay in service for the long run. We are a technology company from China — and tsmtravel.com has been our address since before 1995.
tsmtravel.com was registered in 1995 — back when the commercial web was still finding its feet, and a .com held from China was a rare thing. We come from that China: the one that got online early and never really logged off.
The address has not changed in thirty years. What we build with it has changed completely. We still keep the habits that came with it: build it to last, keep it maintainable, and stay reachable.
Time sets the rhythm. Space sets the structure. Motion keeps it evolving. We run every line of work through that frame.

Enterprise Web
Build a digital space that can grow. Information architecture, visual system and a CMS your team will actually use — a site that is a business surface, not a brochure.
AI Research
Put models to work inside real workflows. From fine-tuning to multi-agent orchestration, intelligence that is wired into the process instead of trapped in a demo.
Three interlocking lines of work: software fixes the process, AI speeds up the decision, the website says what it is worth.
Custom systems built around how your business actually runs — from architecture to production, delivered as an asset your team can maintain.
We translate frontier model capability into workflows your team can run — practical, observable, and honest about what the model cannot do.
Websites your marketing team can update without a developer on speed dial — and that still look right three years after launch.
We do not chase novelty. We pick stacks that are still hireable, maintainable and portable five years from now.
Selection rule: maintainable, handover-ready, portable. We hand over an asset, not a dependency.
Four stages, transparent pacing, and something reviewable at every gate.
We map goals and constraints, then hand back a prioritised scope with acceptance criteria attached to every item.
Stack and architecture get locked down. You get prototypes, a data model and a schedule you can hold us to.
Weekly demos, weekly course corrections. Drift gets fixed while it is still cheap to fix.
Deployment, monitoring, documentation and source. Then ongoing maintenance if you want it.
What we are building, what we are thinking about, and what broke on the way.
TSM adopts Time · Space · Motion as its operating frame, and reorganises delivery around three lines: software development, applied AI research, and enterprise websites.

A single model cannot own an end-to-end business workflow. We walk through role splitting, cross-examination and result convergence on a real project.

A site nobody can edit stops being an asset. We argue content maintainability belongs in the architecture, not on the post-launch wishlist.
