Who we are

TSM exists because of a pattern we kept running into: systems that stopped being maintained the day they shipped, websites that went stale within a year, AI that never made it past a demo. The cause was rarely technical difficulty. It was the way things get delivered and maintained.

So we keep our work narrow on purpose. Custom software turns business process into reliable systems. Applied AI research turns model capability into executable decisions. Enterprise websites turn brand value into a digital asset a team can run on its own. Three lines that interlock, instead of three businesses that ignore each other.

    Break work into weeks and surface risk early. We would rather confirm things twice up front than rework everything at the end.

We work in small teams on short cycles, with continuous demos. Core people stay on the project from start to finish — no subcontracting of critical modules. Every stage has a reviewable output, and progress and risk stay fully visible to you.

We also keep clear boundaries. We do not take on work that cannot define its acceptance criteria. We do not promise intelligence outcomes without data to back them. And we do not ship a system nobody can maintain. A system that survives long term is the only definition of delivered.
