Time, Space and Motion: the frame behind TSM — and why we still answer to a domain registered in 1995

Today we are putting one frame in front of everything we do: Time, Space and Motion. The letters happen to spell TSM, which is also what we have been answering to for a while.

This is not a visual refresh. Over the past years we have shipped a lot of systems, models and websites, and the failures we remember almost never came from technical difficulty. They came from three things being mishandled: delivery rhythm slipping, system structure refusing to evolve, and nobody left to keep the thing running after launch. Those three problems are what the letters stand for.

Time maps to software development. We break requirements down to the week and expose risk in the process, so every release is predictable and every change is traceable. Confirm twice up front; never rework everything at the end.

Space maps to enterprise websites. A website is not a digital business card — it is the brand's digital space. Information architecture decides whether it can grow; the content maintenance mechanism decides whether it turns into a museum exhibit.

Motion maps to AI research. Model capability only produces value once it is wired into a business process and driven by data. Intelligence stuck at the demo stage is a pure cost line.

Going forward, all three lines run on the same delivery standard: full source and documentation, milestone acceptance, post-launch response, and deliberately boring technology choices. In our experience, a system that survives long term is the only definition of delivered.
